Welcome, St Ives Staff!

Each of our 2025 Employee of the Month recipients listed has demonstrated exceptional dedication and teamwork, qualities that elevate the member experience and help create a supportive, enjoyable workplace. We are truly grateful for the passion and professionalism these individuals bring to St Ives every day.

Now it’s your turn to decide which of these outstanding employees deserves the distinguished title of Employee of the Year. The employee who receives the most votes will be honored with the recognition and a $500 gift card.

The Employee of the Year will be announced at the Employee Holiday Party on Sunday, January 11, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, and will also be featured in the February issue of the St Ives Connection newsletter.

To ensure a fair voting process, we ask that each staff member CAST ONLY ONE VOTE.

Voting deadline is Thursday, January 8 at 5:00pm.
